Quick update on the cold outbound campaign. Personalization is still 3x more effective. The unpersonalized campaign has 10% response rate which is still high. I'm up to a 34% response rate on personalized. I have a larger pool of 400 contacts for the general list but the personalized list is at 120 contacts and only half way done. I just added another 79 people.
5 concrete meetings setup. 3 back and forth conversations going just over email. No sales yet.
I'm still working through my closer framework and validating the offer for the final part but this strategy is definitely getting leads in the conversation.
