One issue everyone runs into when doing outbound: the AI sometimes pulls ancient news; for example, congratulating a founder on a funding round from 18 months ago.
Here's a fix I'm using:
Added a cut‑off date filter to toss any headline past its freshness date.
Asked Claygent to include the news/post date in a new column so stale ice‑breakers are easy to spot and skip.
