I first heard Jordan Crawford talk about "The list is the message". The idea is building custom lists which usually are not available on b2b data providers.
You usually get low volume but high intent lead lists.
And lesser people are reaching out to them since data is harder to scrape / procure.
Wanted to reach out to music festivals. Had claude code scrape out all the festivals in my target geo and then put my sdr hat on to get these tricky emails via claygent.
The result?
My stats doubles compared to my average campaign results.

Sharing a recent HubSpot X Clay build.
Problem statement:
1) Companies added to segment "x" on hs should populate in clay daily automatically. Then they should be enriched for ICP score and flow back to hs.
2) Companies created on clay should get the ICP enrichment done and should flow into HubSpot.
Then two cases can happen:
a) If it already exists, then it should just update the ICP score.
b) If it doesn't exist, then we should create and update the ICP score.
3) If ICP score gets updated on clay it should reflect in hs and segment "x".
Needed to build a closed loop system without any edge cases.
