The way I’d think about it, group by intent, not just category
Hiring signals + product launches = they’re in growth mode, opener should reflect that
Event/conference = timing play, mention the event and tie it to a challenge they’re likely facing right now
Personal/founder moments = the highest trust openers, keep it human and skip the pitch entirely
