Senior GTM Engineer (Remote) – Lead Outbound Strategy and Client Delivery at ToplineX
Senior GTM Engineer (remote) - full time We're looking to hire the first senior GTM Engineer within our outbound/GTM agency, ToplineX (toplinex.com). You'll help build out the outbound/GTM strategy for our clients, and run end-to-end delivery for our clients, including infrastructure setup, list building, personalisation where necessary, copywriting, campaign management (i.e., identifying when something isn't working, and having a clear plan to test and iterate). The role would involve managing around 10-15 clients. You'll work closely with the founder on client delivery, with the long term goal of being able to manage client delivery autonomously eventually. Key requirements:
1+ years in outbound/GTM experience
Proficiency in Clay and Claude Code
Experience building lists in more creative ways than just using Apollo or a standard B2B database
