We're hiring a GTM Engineer at Pipehack (paid pilot). We run outbound for B2B companies (and not only) - needing a skillful GTME who can own a campaign end-to-end and deliver results.
Here's the deal:
Paid pilot for a 5-15 day sprint. Objective: 5-10 qualified meetings. We provide the full tech stack (Clay, HeyReach, Salesforge, Attio, Enginy, Lemlist, N8N - whatever you need, we have). You provide the meetings. Think of it as a paid test - process and approach also matters to us. If it works, we scale you across our client base immediately.
This is a *long-term role*, not a one-off gig. We're expanding and need someone to grow with us. What we care about:
• You think in dozens/hundreds of leads, not thousands. No spray and pray.
• You know how to work warm outbound - events scraping, social signals, buying intent, website visitors.
• You can think outside the box and handle outbound like a pro, not a bot - copywriting is a BIG bonus.
• Speed matters. Extra points if you move fast.
