Quick context: I run LinkedIn outbound for logistics and software companies. Currently have clients in probation converting to paid retainers.
Looking for someone who:
- Has basic-intermediate Clay/Apollo experience (even just 1-2 projects)
- Wants to build case studies by working on real client campaigns
- Is comfortable with complex B2B lead list building (not just basic scraping)
- Interested in potential ongoing partnership as I scale
Not looking for experts with massive portfolios - more interested in someone who's done a few projects, knows what they're doing, and wants consistent work to prove themselves.
