For the "globally distributed teams" part, Clay has a "Find Employee Headcount by Country" enrichment. I used it recently to identify US companies with employees in LATAM.
It returns employee counts by country, so you can use a formula to flag companies present in 2+ countries.
You could then layer hiring/job-posting signals on top for the international-hiring angle.
