GTM Engineer (Remote | Contract)
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer (fully remote - no agencies please) who can build and run cold email systems that actually get replies. If you're confident with lead list building, AI-powered copywriting, and tools like Clay, Smartlead, and Apollo - this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Build targeted, verified lead lists
- Write and personalize cold emails using AI (Clay, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Launch and manage campaigns (Smartlead / Instantly)
- Optimize for deliverability, reply rates, and conversions
Requirements
- 6–12 months of hands-on experience with cold outreach
- Track record of solid reply rates and inbox placement
- Proficiency with lead gen tools (Apollo, Clay, etc.)
Bonus: Knowledge of N8N for automation
Compensation: Depends on your expertise and last drawn!
