Hiring: GTME / RevOps Operator (opportunity to grow into Lead) Fractional to start (1 client) | Retainer-based with per-client and performance upside. Role can scale into a $8k–$12k+/month opportunity as additional clients and responsibility are added. Manifest Alpha is a fast-growing GTM studio and agency network building go-to-market strategies and systems for B2B SaaS and AI companies. We’re looking for a hands-on GTM / RevOps operator to own outbound and RevOps infrastructure and grow into a lead GTM engineer role over time. This is an opportunity to become a core operator and eventually build and lead a delivery function under you. This role is best suited for an entrepreneurial operator who wants meaningful upside, ownership, and long-term growth rather than one-off freelance work. What you’ll do
Build and maintain advanced Clay + n8n workflows
ICP sourcing, enrichment waterfalls, scoring, dedupe, cost control
Signal-based workflows (intent, job changes, funding, tech changes, inbound signals, CRM triggers)
Own outbound infra (Clay, HeyReach/Aimfox, Apify or similar, Smartlead or Instantly, inbox setup, warmup, etc.)
Launch and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (volume-based + ABM plays, signal-triggered outreach, sequencing, A/B testing)
Weekly monitoring, reporting, and iteration
Route qualified replies and signals into HubSpot/CRM
Who this is for

Experience running volume-based outbound, ABM, and signal-driven campaigns is a plus
Comfortable owning systems end-to-end
