Hi Jared W. !once you’ve used Send data to table, adding new columns later won’t auto-sync. You’ll need to re-run the send with all 6 columns selected or create a new send action,then the extra column will appear in the destination table.

Hi, that usually happens if the table is too large or the browser’s cache is full. Try refreshing Clay, then export again ,use Download visible rows first to test.If it still stalls, switch to Chrome incognito or clear cache,that fixes most CSV export hangs.

Hi,clay only adds new contacts from your HubSpot list ,it doesn’t auto remove ones that drop off. To sync perfectly, just re run the import or set up a scheduled refresh so your table always matches the active segment.

Hi, it is not possible directly.HubSpot lookup doesn’t support full conditional filtering inside the “To filter by” field yet.But a quick workaround is to create a formula or filter column first. That way it only runs when your condition is met .

Yeah, you’re right.This has been happening for a few folks lately. It looks like LinkedIn tweaked how Sales Nav URLs are structured, so Clay sometimes doesn’t recognize them even if they look valid.make sure you’re pasting the full Sales Navigator people search URL. If that still throws the error, it’s likely just a temporary bug Clay is working on.In the meantime, a lot of us have been pulling the same search another way (Sales Nav → import into Clay via enrichment) until it’s patched. I’ve helped a few teams set up smooth workarounds for this.Happy to share how I do it if you’d like to keep things running without interruptions.
