Row delays usually happen if the sheet’s too heavy or google link is old. Try reconnecting google in clay or use a fresh/clean sheet. fixes it most of the time

Yeah, you’re right.This has been happening for a few folks lately. It looks like LinkedIn tweaked how Sales Nav URLs are structured, so Clay sometimes doesn’t recognize them even if they look valid.make sure you’re pasting the full Sales Navigator people search URL. If that still throws the error, it’s likely just a temporary bug Clay is working on.In the meantime, a lot of us have been pulling the same search another way (Sales Nav → import into Clay via enrichment) until it’s patched. I’ve helped a few teams set up smooth workarounds for this.Happy to share how I do it if you’d like to keep things running without interruptions.

Hello! I'm currently doing $0.05 per successfully found personal email for a client and I have Collected over 70 K personal emails for them using clay personal waterfall.

Make sure both columns are run through the Normalised URL enrichment first so they’re in the exact same format (https/http, no trailing slashes). Also confirm there are no hidden spaces. Once both are normalized, the lookup should work.
