Hi, Abhi T.. The 20k was a typo. Graduates of the AI Skills cohorts received 5k. I double-checked and you should have received 5k in graduation credits.
I would open a case with Clay Support. Be sure to include your workspace, approximate time of the reduction, and a screenshot or export of the credit-usage history and they should be able to help you look into that.
