Hey Team!
I'm trying to figure out the best way to find two types of prospects. The goal is to find the CEO/Founder/Co-founder emails & Linkedin profiles for both of the below niches:
- 1.
Newly acquired businesses - I figured I'd use the RSS feed from SEC EDGAR with the Form SC-13D as a filter to identify those and bring them into clay for enrichment.
- 2.
Businesses looking to be acquired within the next 5 yrs.
I'm new to Clay this week so any thoughts or tips would be fantastic!
