Introduction from Saad: GTM Journey, Cyberpsychology, and Balancing AI Ethics with Efficiency
Hi everyone! Saad here, from Islamabad. 👋🏼 Been in the GTM space a bit over two years now and want to keep growing in it, mostly because it's one of the few fields where things actually keep changing and you have to keep up. Suits me best! My path here was a bit sideways haha. I started out as an automation engineer working at a plant in US, then shifted into psychology and ended up with a master's in cyberpsychology from Ireland. Somewhere along the way it all clicked together, understanding how systems work and understanding how people work turn out to be the same job when you're doing GTM properly. I like to understand something first and then build it right! On a completely different note, I'm also an author with two books published in Pakistan. AI has been a bit of a mixed blessing on that side of my life, ask any writer. But for efficiency, tooling, and everything GTM - hence, also why I'm keen on building better ethics into this space, keeping the human element in the systems we build without giving up on time or cost. Happy to be here and looking forward to learning from you all. 🫶🏼
