Introducing Matt from RapidDev: AI Agency Founder Sharing Growth Strategies and Referral Opportunities

Hi Everyone! Matt here from RapidDev. Pumped to be a part of the community! Me: 36 y/o Grew up in small farm village in rural America Been living in Boston since business school. Married with 2 kids that are 10 and 8 y/o Engineering Undergrad, then Navy, and then Harvard Business School Tried the Venture Game after B-school, but decided instead of taking a $1 and burning it 🔥, I was better at taking a $1 and making $2, so started a dev agency. (Had to unlearn everything from B-School.) I am not particularly passionate about any industry or problem. I just love the game and like winning. Business: RapidDev is an AI development agency Started it 5 years ago while working a day job and being a dad. Went all in after a year. Hit $8.3M in revenue last year ~220 employees (mostly an off shore team) My Playbook: Step 1 - Build a cash machine (agency) Step 2 - Allocate capital wisely For me this means building a holding company of agency businesses. These kinds of businesses are where my point of leverage is. Step 3 - Give your investments decades to compound (Play the long game! I am done with the short game.)
