Building Agentic GTM Systems with AI-Driven Outbound and Content Automation at Fello

Hey everyone! 👋 I'm Aryan an AI Applied Engineer at Fello (real estate SaaS) from India, building agentic GTM systems end to end — both the sales and marketing legs. Felix Sells — our AI teammate Felix runs his own outbound: personalized calls, email, and SMS, triggered by live signals. The twist that makes it work: instead of pitching, Felix applies for the ISA role the team is already hiring for so the call itself is the product demo. Under the hood it's a full orchestration layer: account-aware sequencing across every contact at a company (so we never dial the owner an hour after emailing their lead), compliance enforced in code, and simulation-based evals on every prompt change. Live in production. Arthur (Content OS) — one campaign brief in → blog, email, and ad copy out → per-channel human review → published straight to HubSpot/Meta → a conversational dashboard connecting content to actual performance. An executor for marketing, not a strategist. Claude Code is my daily driver for all of it.
