Hey everyone 👋 Ussama here from London. I work across GTM, outbound, and automation, mainly around prospect research, enrichment, qualification, and building systems with Clay, n8n, and AI. Recently built a GTM workflow that processed 2,000 contacts in 26 minutes and surfaced around 900 priority prospects. Now I’m going deeper into GTM engineering and trying to get much better at signals, scoring, and scalable personalization. Curious what everyone thinks 👀 . What is one Clay workflow you built that genuinely changed how you do outbound? Looking forward to learning from you all and sharing a few builds along the way 🚀
Hey Usama S., Welcome - and 2k contacts in 26 minutes is a solid number. For me the workflow that changed everything was building a multi-signal scoring system where accounts only enter the outbound sequence when they hit a minimum score threshold across things like job changes, hiring signals, funding events and tech stack signals. Before that I was just enriching lists and blasting - after that the reply rates jumped significantly because every outreach had a real reason behind it. The personalization layer on top of that is what made it actually convert - each signal triggers a different opener so a company hiring for AI engineers gets a completely different message than one that just changed their VP of Sales. Same list, completely different conversations.
