What breaks most often when scaling outbound, and how often do you test inbox placement?
Hey everyone, I'm Louis, based in the UK. I build outbound systems and run one every day for a US online reputation firm, from the list through to the reply that books the call. We'd been judging copy on emails nobody saw, so now I test placement before I touch a word. I've also built an automatic reply sorter for it. A plain yes gets an answer in seconds, because yeses that waited hours for a reply went cold. Replying with leads within 5 minutes is the absolute gold standard. Huge conversion difference I'm new to Clay and here to learn how you all build lists and enrich them. Two questions:
- 1.
For anyone running outbound for clients, what breaks most often once you scale?
2. How often do you run placement tests, and what do you use? If your inbox placement has dropped recently, tell me what you're seeing and I'll tell you what I'd check first.
