Introduction to Velu Palani and the Mission of CRM CoE Alliance.org

Velu Palani, founder of CRM CoE Alliance.org, a non-profit founded to help enterprise and large customers who waste money in managing their overall customer relationship management transformation using a copyrighted framework that I co-published. I have been working with Salesforce for over 25 years, worked for large enterprises, and successfully managed and sold a CRM consulting business. We are on a mission to promote the universal CRM CoE framework worldwide. I am excited to use the Clay /Attio combination to make the dream come true. I am happy to be part of this Clay network. I live in Dallas, TX, with my wife and grown-up son in New York, NY.
