Recommendations for Data Cleansing Tools to Enhance LinkedIn Profiles

·
·

Hey guys, can anyone recommend a data cleansing tool that does the following:

  1. 1.

consistently detects and moves any academic title (e.g. Dr. / Phd. / MBA) from FirstName or LastName to the title

2. corrects first name and last name accordingly and makes a web query if last name is e.g. “Z.” 3. Extracts the correct data from the jobposition i am looking for - e.g. when “Founder” is listed as job experience2 on LI profile then data fields such as Company URL, no of employees, industry, funding etc. overwrites job experience1 (=main active job position listed on Linkedin) I feel like doing this with a GPT based Clay Template might work in a sense, but still has to be edited for certain edge cases. How do you deal with it?

Hey, thanks for reaching out! 1. Move any academic titles to the title field: • You can use a Formula column in Clay. For example, if “Dr.” is present in the name /column, you can return the title as “Doctor”. Create another formula to remove the academic title from the /name column and use this clean name for outreach. (use forward slash to link columns) 2. Correct first and last name: • You can use Claygent Neon to automate this. Here’s a sample prompt: “If the last name is incomplete or abbreviated (e.g., ‘Z.’), query online sources to find the full name.” 3. Extract the right position: • Use a Formula column to reference all the experiences. You can extract the data for positions like “Founder” by searching through the /experience JSON and pulling the relevant information. For more on formulas, check out this guide: How to Use AI Formulas. 😊 Let me know if you need further assistance!
