Integrating HubSpot Forms with Clay for Inbound Automation

Hi team, we are using Hubspot forms for inbound. This data is then transferred to Salesforce. How can I add these leads to Clay? I am looking to create an entrie Inbound Automation. What steps should I do here?

There's an first party Hubspot sync but there's a delay, I'd use n8n personally.
