Troubleshooting OpenAI Account Quota Errors

Hi Team, I have enough balance in my OpenAI account, but I'm still encountering an error. The cell keeps running and ultimately gives an error message stating that the quota has been hit.

I was using the same account earlier just increase my budget and it happened
