Hi, can anyone help me how to update my enriched list and get additional leads or accounts without mixing up the new leads/accounts from the old ones.
To keep your enriched lists organized and prevent mixing old and new data, you can implement a systematic approach using a "Last Enrichment Date" property:1. Create a custom "Last Enrichment Date" property for your contacts/accounts 2. Set up a dynamic list based on the Last Enrichment Date 3. Configure the list to include contacts whose information hasn't been refreshed within your desired timeframe (e.g., 30 days)When enriching data, Clay will:1. Pull existing information from your current records 2. Enrich with updated details 3. Find missing information where needed 4. Update the records with new data 5. Automatically update the Last Enrichment DateThis approach ensures you're strategically refreshing data only for contacts that need updates, while maintaining clear separation between old and new information. Hi Marvic, thanks for reaching out. Taking a look at this now!
Do you mind sending the link to the table so we can take a look? https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1171717996/ac7729f84b426e1d0358af02/image.png?expires=1733757300&signature=07c4b13792899b70cf04e464d93f8cb1cf88bcc2907435888358aff70b9e87d5&req=dSEgF85%2FmohWX%2FMW1HO4zYTywSj7A5AV2BKsam%2FhVPuzJg%3D%3D%0A
yeah, thanks. FYI, I enriched a list of companies hiring for finance positions. I would like to check if there are any additional companies hiring for finance roles and not mixing the old list from the new companies that may appear in the new search.
that's the table I'm working on.
Good news - this should be easily implemented since your list of companies is currently automatically deduplicated by domain - so duplicates will not be an issue here and you'll be able to change your search filters as follows: https://www.loom.com/share/ee36f5693d6e4bfb814f94c2b09781d1?sid=98650ddc-64d0-4a05-bbd2-98eb313763cb

Thanks! We've reopened this thread. You can continue to add more detail directly in this thread.
this doesn't address my concern. I was asking how I can update my list with companies hiring for finance roles. I used an enrichment to find active open jobs for finance positions. I don't want to update my list, the list stays the same. What I want is to check if there are more companies hiring for finance positions out of my list and then see how I can identify the new results without mixing them from the old ones.
Hi Marvic, thank you for reaching out. What you could do is create a new "Find jobs" search and then exclude any companies that are already present in your other table. To do so, create a "Find Jobs" table. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1294974938/09d40566647e0e38930e6ab52e61/CleanShot+2024-12-12+at+11_26_25%402x.png?expires=1734022800&signature=52b1feeee7ed27e76fec00e1e5fd525d15d3d392ee3bc862054c9c84a8ac136e&req=dSIuEsB5mYhcUfMW1HO4zSpMNJ7pass5T7uxbyGFWbPQNAJ%2BVoB05ef0Kne9%0AjXGE%0A Then, under "Exclude Jobs" make sure to insert the other table that contains other jobs that you would not like to see again on this table. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1294975658/29275dffc26d181dff467a3073a1/CleanShot+2024-12-12+at+11_26_43%402x.png?expires=1734022800&signature=db421085f5a3c25beab0d2c82551b1cfa19eedb6591dbf1420c23d7f3a2a3cf3&req=dSIuEsB5mIdaUfMW1HO4zSsDPPdDn7pwf5EZETYVz1YcTdCBjftZVa5X2bUG%0AENJJ%0A This should help you achieve this!
