Why does Clay think my cells are out of date when they are not? It's basically forcing me to rerun columns and spend credits when the data is fine? All Idid was update the company data and try rerunning the company lookup. How can I force it past this issue?
Clay's auto-update feature is designed to keep your data current, but it can sometimes lead to unnecessary credit usage. To address this: 1. Turn off auto-update: Click the three dots next to your table name, then "Auto-Update Columns". 2. Manually control updates: Use the "Run Options" to selectively update data: • Run first 10 columns • Run rows with errors or that haven't run • Run from a specific row • Force run all rows 3. Use conditional runs: Set criteria for when a column should update, reducing unnecessary runs. By managing these settings, you can maintain control over when and how your data is updated, potentially saving credits. If you need further assistance, please request to talk to a person.
