Clearout API Rate Limit Issues and Credit Burn Concerns
Hello, I am using clearout validation on my mobile phone waterfall. I was using the API but then I discovered that they had a 250/min limit at my subscription level. So, I switched to the clay shared account. however, upon running 2100+ records, I am getting a bunch of errors citing: "{"status":"failed","error":{"code":1030,"message":"You have reached API rate limit, try calling after Mon Dec 16 2024 13:26:44 GMT+0000 (Coordinated Universal Time) or to increase limit upgrade plan or reach us@clearoutphone.io"}}" Does the clay shared account also have this limit? I know I switched to the clay shared account from my own api key before running, but feel like maybe it somehow switched back to my own api key. In correcting this by re-running the thousands of errored clearout rows, it has unfortunately caused me to burn through a ton of credits (probably wasted 20-30K). ๐
