One of my clients has invited me to their workspace, but I simply cannot join. As soon as I click "Sign up" it asks me to create a new account, and if I Sign in with my existing one, nothing happens.
Can I get some help here?
I think I figured it out. The email it was sent was not the one I use in my personal account. I just tried creating a new account using the one the client sent the invite to and I got blocked for some reason:
