Automate Apify Actor to Scrape Twitter URLs from Clay Table

Hi team, I am running an apify actor to scrape communities on whop.com and then using the data to extract the twitter profiles (URL) of these communities. Now I want to use this apify actor to scrape the twitter URLs I have in my clay table. How can I automate the running of the apify actor in this case? Is there a way the twitter URLs get in the clay table get sent to the apify actor and the results are pulled into another clay table? Clay Table here
