HI! I imported this list here from a Sales Navigator Search into Clay, using the ‚Find people from external source‘ feature. It cost me 2,5k credits, however, the people fetched from the search into the Clay table are entirely different people. What happened here? Link to Sales Nav Search: https://shorturl.at/Ov4aO Link to Clay Table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/263760/tables/t_2ZhAeUaxTzsk/views/gv_3JtpFqMEXr69
I think it may have been issue 3. - with the filter being in the CRM?
Hello Stefan and everyone else in this thread! We apologize for the inconvenience here. Do y'all mind sending your table links here so we can take a look? Happy to refund credits for incorrect sources as well.
Hi Tom. Here again my Table link. Thanks!: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/263760/tables/t_2ZhAeUaxTzsk/views/gv_3JtpFqMEXr69
Hi Tomi F.: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/310586/tables/t_r2DK8unUGgb6/views/gv_Rdby5CWZcwif Unfortunately it's not just the contacts pulled from linkedin - it's all the waterfalls it triggered as well 😓
Hey there Stefan and everyone thanks for reaching out, jumping in for Tomas here, question for you all where these Sales Nav Links made from a custom/saved list? If yes, then this is the cause as our provider cannot pull data from custom/saved list and so this is why there are completely different names appearing.
LuisArturo You mean the "Account list" feature in Sales Nav? I definitely used it. I created a list with my target accounts and only searched for people who work at these companies
Hey there Stefan, it can be that, essentially while you are logged in you can configure specific filters; however, this provider does not have access to your filters and cannot see the whichever filters you saved under your Sales Nav list. It can read the search, unless you are adding filters like "connection degrees" or "handpicked lead/records", which would be considered a custom or saved list. Will note that I have already reimbursed your credits Stefan.
Hi LuisArturo - I also had the same issue - does the Linkedin Search String I posted work?
Hey there Dan, when using this source, please keep in mind: * Your URL must be a Sales Navigator People Search URL, not a Company Search URL. * Your People Search filters cannot contain a Lead List saved to your personal Account. * While the data source is processing (usually 30 mins, but may be up to 90 mins), you can do other things in Clay or even close out of the window. The results will be automatically added when ready.
LuisArturo - I believe the link I posted - https://www.linkedin.com/sales/search/people?query=(recentSearchParam%3A(id%3A3932452[…]sessionId=mWYpmGPASi6z0%2FhjKZ3JWg%3D%3D&viewAllFilters=true Fufills your points?
Though I am still getting mispulls and burning credits
Hey there Stefan, do you mind sharing a screenshot of the filter you used in Sales Nav so that we can show this to the team and see what is going on here.
Hey there - just wanted to check in here to see if you needed anything else! Feel free to reply back here if you do.
Just enquiring about my earlier question?
Hello there! I clicked on the link and I am not able to see the search, so I think that search also uses account level features that out provider is not able to bring in to Clay. If this action spent credits, let us know and we can refund them.
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
