Enhancing HubSpot Data Import Frequency: Webhooks vs. Default Integration

Is there a way using the Hubspot integration to have data import quicker than just once a day? Would my only other option be to run it based on a webhook instead of the native hubspot integration

The native HubSpot integration imports data once daily. For real-time data transfer, webhooks are your best option. Webhooks act as "digital couriers" that deliver data instantly between applications as soon as it's available. To set up a webhook: 1. Click "+ Create New" on your Clay home page 2. Scroll to "Other" and select "Import data from Webhook" 3. Choose or create a table for your data 4. Copy the generated endpoint 5. Connect this endpoint to HubSpot via automation tools like Zapier or Make.com
