Using Spillover Credits for Phone Numbers After Plan Downgrade

Hey guys, I have spillover credits from my previous plan and I’m trying to use them to get phone numbers. Can you guys help here? It says i’m not on the right plan (because I downgraded) but I want to use my spillover credits (otherwise what’s the point of spillover credits in the first place). Any chance you can help?

Hey Arnav! Thanks for reaching out. Can you share your workspace url or the email associated with your account? For context, the mobile number enrichment is not available on the free plan. If your account is currently on a free plan, that would be why you're not able to run the enrichment.
