Troubleshooting Work Email Enrichment Issues in Waterfall Process

I'm having trouble with enriching work emails. The waterfall runs but it checks every source even when the email was found earlier in the waterfall. Also the final result work email is never populated. The only thing that happens is credits are deducted. Any help with troubleshooting? Thanks!

    The behavior you're experiencing is actually normal for our email waterfall process. Here's why: 1. Continued checking: The waterfall may continue running even after finding an email. This usually happens when an email is found but fails the validation check. 2. Validation process: By default, we use ZeroBounce to validate emails. The validation columns are hidden but exist behind the scenes. You can unhide these columns to see the validation process. 3. Final result: The final validated emails appear in the last column of your table. If you don't see results there, it might be due to failed validations. 4. Credits deduction: Credits are refunded if no email is found, but they're used when an email is found and validated, even if it doesn't pass the final check. To troubleshoot, try unhiding the validation columns to inspect the detailed steps. If you need further assistance, please request to talk to a person for more in-depth help.
