Built an autonomous inbound triage and speed-to-lead router with a DAG architecture
Built an Autonomous Inbound Triage & Speed-to-Lead Router (DAG Architecture) Dropping a production architecture template for teams scaling inbound pipeline and struggling with speed-to-lead latency, duplicate records, and competitor leaks. The Problem: When demo/signup volume spikes, manual lead assignment creates a 2–4 hour delay. Worse, competitors often slip through onto AE calendars, while high-intent enterprise accounts get dumped into generic SDR queues. What This System Solves: • Unified Ingestion: Ingests from Website Demo, Typeform, and Product Signup webhooks into normalized entity IDs with duplicate pre-checks. • Pre-flight Enrichment: Clay HTTP API + Claygent enrich company intelligence only after domain validation to prevent credit burn. • 5-Way Parallel Diagnostic Routing: Evaluates ICP fit, active CRM opps (HubSpot/Salesforce), competitor risk, buying/pricing intent, and email deliverability concurrently. • Deterministic Routing Gates: Auto-routes enterprise tier to prioritized AEs with an AI research dossier & instant Slack notification, sends competitors to security review, and isolates dirty data into a human review queue. • Enterprise Governance: Single CRM writeback point paired with an audit logger to track exact routing decisions.
