Introducing CRM Hygiene Agent: Free Tool to Audit HubSpot Exports for Data Quality and Pipeline Health
Hello everyone, Built something… CRM Hygiene Agent: feed it a HubSpot export (CSV) and it audits for duplicate records, decayed contacts, missing required fields, bad territory routing and stale deals. You get back a health score, an estimate of what the mess is costing in rep hours and at-risk pipeline, and a punch list ranked by what’s actually worth fixing first. 🔗 crm-hygiene-agent.streamlit.app No signup. Sample data is preloaded so you get a full report on the first click you don’t have to upload anything to see how it works. If you do try your own export, it runs in-session and nothing is saved to a database. Why I built it: CRM decay is a real enough problem that HubSpot gates most of the tooling behind Operations Hub Pro. Series A/B teams aren’t on that tier and even the ones that are can’t tell you what the mess is costing them in dollars. So I built a free, portable version that quantifies it and ranks the cleanup by value. Personal project, nothing to sell. I’d genuinely like everyone’s read on:
