DFM Hiring Commission-Based Sales Operators and High-Ticket Closers with Uncapped Earnings
DFM Hiring — Commission-Based Sales Operator / Closer DFM is actively hiring high-performance sales operators & closers. We are looking for aggressive, sharp communicators who can both start and close conversations with inbound/outbound prospects for our agency offers. Role You will:
Prospect and initiate conversations
Qualify leads
Handle objections
Close deals
Collect upfront payments from clients
This is a fully commission-based role with extremely high upside. Compensation
30% commission on upfront cash collected
Our company operates on a 100% upfront payment model
Average upfront payment collected per client: ~$5,000 USD
Average payout per closed deal: ~$1,500 USD
Payments are processed within 24 hours after the client payment is received. Everything is handled through formal contracts. Requirements Preferred candidates:
Based in the US, Canada, or Europe
Age range: 18–24
Strong English communication
Confident in sales conversations
Comfortable with high-ticket closing
Hungry, competitive, and performance-driven
Prior agency sales experience is a plus but not mandatory if you can sell. Important This is not a salaried position. This is for people who want uncapped earning potential and can operate independently.
