We’re hiring: Senior GTM Engineer at Oyster 🚀 Oyster is a global employment platform that helps companies hire, pay and care for talent anywhere. We’re looking for a Senior GTM Engineer to be the technical operator behind our revenue engine, sitting in Revenue Operations and working closely with our GTM teams. What you’ll do You’ll own the architecture of our GTM stack (Salesforce, Clay, ZoomInfo, Nooks, Salesloft, HubSpot, our data warehouse and Oyster’s product APIs) and turn it into one coherent system. That means building data waterfalls that keep the CRM clean, routing leads in seconds, and shipping AI-driven workflows for prospect research, personalised outreach and buying-signal detection. What we’re looking for 5+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth engineering or a similar role, hands-on experience architecting a CRM (not just administering it), custom integrations built from API docs, and real examples of automations that moved pipeline. 📍 Location: Fully remote, based in EMEA 💰 Salary range: €57k to €79k per year (Spain band), zł185k to zł264k per year (Poland band) Salaries are set per country and paid in local currency, so the range will vary depending on where you’re based.
