Oyster is hiring a Senior GTM Engineer in EMEA
Sharing a role that might be relevant for some of you. One of my clients (Oyster, global employment platform) is hiring a Senior GTM Engineer. They're looking for someone with deep commercial experience. The ideal candidate has come through RevOps or sales and evolved into GTM engineering over time. The job is to be the technical operator behind Oyster's revenue engine. Salesforce, Clay, ZoomInfo, Nooks, SalesLoft, HubSpot, data warehouse, product APIs. Making all of that work as one system. Building AI-driven workflows: prompt chains, agents, signal-detection pipelines. And owning the commercial process behind it, not just the tooling. The reason commercial experience matters so much here: you need to understand funnel mechanics, conversion rates, and unit economics well enough to know which automation is worth building and which is a distraction. That judgement comes from years of being close to revenue. Fully remote, EMEA-based. If this sounds like a fit and you have the right level of experience, you can apply through the LinkedIn ad here: linkedin.com/jobs/view/4468726315
