Top 5 GTM Engineering Roles to Watch This Week with Key Skills and Locations Highlighted
Hey Clay community - here’s a roundup of the GTM engineering roles that went live in the last few days. Only four of the 15 are in the US this time, which is unusual. Across all 5,435 GTM Engineer roles in our database since January 2025 the split is even - half in the US, half spread across 69 countries, with India alone at one in ten. See attached image for the breakdown. Clay is named in eight of the 15 postings, and six of those list it as a must-have, including two of the five below. Anyway, here are the five worth a closer look:
$147.6K–$164K base · San Francisco
The role owns the GTM org’s own deployment pipeline, sandbox management and testing, alongside Salesforce and CPQ - engineering infrastructure sitting inside a revenue team.
$160K–$190K base · Boston, MA
Clay, Python, TypeScript and SQL are all must-haves here, and the disclosed band is priced for that bar. The remit is signal-to-pipeline systems across enrichment, outreach, routing and attribution, plus the research agents that feed them.
Remote - UK
The role’s KPIs explicitly list cost per meeting and cost per pipeline dollar — the only one in this roundup that names its unit economics. It also owns where the handover between agent and human sits, and moves that line as the evidence changes.
London
Salesforce and Apex sit alongside n8n, Make and Zapier, and the posting asks this person to act as “AI champion” for the commercial teams. The clearest example here of a Salesforce admin role widening into GTM engineering.
Tel Aviv
First GTM hire, owning the whole stack: Clay, Attio, n8n, Smartlead, HeyReach and PostHog, plus lead scoring, lifecycle stages and attribution. Python and JavaScript are listed as a plus, so the build is expected to run past no-code.
That’s five of 15 - the other 10 are in the full edition: The Shortlist Edition 006
