About us SDR Labs is a GTM engineering agency. We’re hiring a freelance senior Clay builder for a client project: a B2B software company that sells to US health systems and hospitals. The project runs through December 31, 2026, at about 35–50 hours a month, and is likely to extend into 2027. What you’ll build
Signal monitoring in Clay and HubSpot: job changes, new executives, website visitors, tech stack, intent and more (about 28 signals, built in priority order)
A/B/C account grading on fit, written to HubSpot and Salesforce
Routing signals to BDRs as tasks and alerts, and into Gong Engage sequences
A clean-up of an existing inbound enrichment workflow
An outbound pool of ICP accounts and personas, linked to the signals
Must have
Advanced Clay skills: waterfalls, HTTP/API columns, webhooks, Claygent, conditional runs, credit optimization. Show us tables you’ve built.
Hands-on HubSpot and Salesforce integration experience
Fluent spoken English. You’ll join weekly calls and sometimes talk with the client’s team.
Strong documentation habits: written specs, workflow diagrams and Loom walkthroughs for everything you build
Nice to have
Gong Engage, intent data tools, healthcare or health-system data
