Hiring Full-Time GTM Technical Engineer for Cold Email Agency at Leads4You – Remote Position

We’re hiring a full-time GTM Technical Engineer at Leads4You. We’re a cold email agency working primarily with digital marketing agencies in the U.S., currently managing 20+ active clients. We’re looking for someone with previous cold email / outbound agency experience to work on the technical side of our fulfillment. You’ll primarily be working with: → Lead sourcing & list building → Building and maintaining web scrapers with Claude Code / Codex → Cold email infrastructure → Instantly, Smartlead, PlusVibe, or EmailBison → APIs, integrations & automations The biggest thing we care about is ownership and problem-solving ability. We want someone who can be given a problem, figure it out, and continuously find faster and better ways of getting the work done. Full-time, remote. Preferred hours: Monday–Friday, 12 PM–8 PM CET.
