Hiring GTM Engineer at Voyado to Drive Systematic AI Integration in Revenue Operations Team
Hey! I'm hiring for GTM Engineer at Voyado to join our RevOps team. Our leadership team at Voyado want us to become AI native across the whole organization and have given the teams access to a lot of great tooling including Clay 😉. What we're seeing is real pockets of AI excellence across our revenue org with individuals doing impressive things in their corner. What we haven't cracked is making it systematic. That's the mission of this role. What we're looking for:
Clay depth — multi-step waterfalls, custom API integrations, AI column chains, webhook triggers.
Salesforce CRM or similar — how data flows, where it breaks, how to fix it. Lead scoring, lifecycle stages, complex workflows.
AI — Claude/GPT wired into real workflows, not just prompted.
Genuine curiosity about commercial work — why an SDR's job is hard, why an AM loses two hours on QBR prep.
