Netswick is an outbound agency that helps ~20 branded merch clients book meetings through DFY cold email. We're looking for someone to own delivery by managing the team, building AI systems, and leading R&D on cold email strategy. Requirements are:
Outbound expertise: copy, lists, deliverability, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo
Managed delivery teams and built SOPs
Built AI workflows (Claude Code, n8n, or similar)
Bonus: Ran your own agency
