Hiring Head of GTM at The Growth DNA – Remote Role with Nordics Experience a Plus

We’re hiring the first Head of GTM at The Growth DNA. Nordics is a big plus 🇩🇰 🇳🇴 🇸🇪 We’re a GTM-services company managing Outbound, RevOps, and ABM for B2B companies, prominently SaaS. This is a big role for us. You would own client relationships across our clientele, help guide strategy, keep execution moving, and have a real opinion on what makes outbound copy good. Important nuance, this is not the Clay or Claude Code builder seat. We already have that side covered. This role is for someone who can lead clients, spot what is off, communicate clearly, and help turn our work into stronger pipeline. You’ll lead client campaigns from 0 → 100. A few specifics: → Remote role → $6k to $7k OTE per month → Near-native English is important → Nordics is a plus, not a requirement, especially Denmark, Norway, Sweden, because we are working with more and more clients in that region You should be comfortable owning relationships from day one and have solid GTM judgment across outbound, messaging, and execution. 👉 Full JD + Apply Here
