Hiring a GTM engineer for cold email campaign builds at $2,000 a month
Hiring a GTM Engineer. $2,000 a month. Are you a savage GTM engineer looking for a team where the client is already signed, the strategy is already agreed, and the only thing standing between that client and a full calendar is how fast you get their campaign live? Here is our problem. Nordic Nexuz runs the cold email for a book of businesses, and we have more client builds than engineers to run them. Every client needs a list scraped, verified, enriched in Clay and live inside the launch window. The strategy is done before it ever reaches you by a CSM. What is missing is the person who turns it into campaigns that are actually sending. That is the whole reason this seat exists. So we are handing them to you. THE JOB. The CSM agrees the strategy with the client. You scrape the list against that ICP. You verify it. You plug it into Clay, enrich it and qualify it. You load the sequences, the variables and the spintax, and you check every merge field resolves. You launch inside the window. Then you keep it running and you keep the bounce rates down. Scrape, verify, enrich, launch. That is the job. There is no client communication from your side. Everything is technical.
- 1.
No copywriting. No client calls. No selling. The CSM owns the client and writes the scripts. You own everything between the agreed strategy and a campaign that is live and landing.
- 2.
A live book from week one. No bench. No shadowing month. You are building real campaigns for real clients in your first week.
- 3.
A seat at the strategy table, not a ticket queue. You sit in the daily pod meeting with your CSM and the GTM manager. If the list is the reason a client is not booking, you are the one who knows it, and you are expected to say it out loud. And if you automate a step away, the whole team builds that way from then on.
Remote. Full time. Full control of your hours inside the team cadence. What we are looking for:
You have built and launched cold email campaigns end to end, and you can name the platforms you did it on
You live in Clay, enrichment and scraping tools without needing a tutorial
You verify every list before it sends, every single time, without being reminded
You automate your own repetitive work
You know why a list is built the way it is, not only how
You clear your builds without anyone chasing you, then go find the next one
YOU CAN WORK ON STUFF YOUSELF!
What we are not looking for:
Anyone who sends an unverified list
Anyone who waits to be told and stops when the queue is empty
Anyone who guesses at a technical answer and lets a CSM repeat it to a client
Anyone who has run the same manual workaround forty times and never fixed it
Anyone lazy. Don't apply
YOU NEED BABYSITTING
You also report straight to the Head of GTM, you work next to a CSM who handles the client so you can stay on the build, and you join a team that wants your opinion on how things get built.
