Job title: GTM Engineer (Founding Hire) Location: Brooklyn, NY (Dumbo). It grew from $0 to a multi-eight-figure run rate in months and is a small, in-person team. About the role We're hiring our first GTM Engineer to build and own the systems behind a growing sales team of about 6 new reps. You'll set up outbound infrastructure, enrichment pipelines, CRM integrations, and reporting so the sales team can focus on selling. You'll work directly with leadership and the sales team. What you'll do
Build and maintain outbound infrastructure, including email warm-ups, campaigns, and multi-channel sequences
Build enrichment pipelines and data quality systems to keep lead and pipeline data accurate
Set up and maintain CRM integrations
Build live dashboards for SQL volume, conversion, and pipeline health
Test new tools and automations, measure results, and cut what doesn't work
Requirements (all must be met)
1–5 years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or growth engineering
Hands-on experience building enrichment pipelines (Clay or similar) for a real sales team, not side projects
Hands-on experience setting up outbound sending infrastructure: domains, inboxes, warm-up, deliverability, and sequencing at volume
Experience building CRM integrations or automations (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Attio)
Daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to ship automations
Python and SQL
Able to work in person 5 days a week in Brooklyn
Preferred
Experience at an early-stage startup (Series A/B)
Production experience with LLM APIs
