What you’ll own: •⁠ ⁠Manage up to 10 client accounts (with SDR + inbox manager support) •⁠ ⁠Audit and improve campaigns: targeting, copy, strategy, execution •⁠ ⁠Diagnose failing accounts and run a weekly improvement loop •⁠ ⁠Client comms and strategy suggestions when needed Qualifications: Account Manager (14L–18L) •⁠ ⁠Experience: Built and managed 50+ Smartlead/Instantly campaigns (multi-industry, ~1-2 years) •⁠ ⁠⁠Experience: Familiar with Clay •⁠ ⁠Understands offer, angles, proof, basic segmentation and testing •⁠ ⁠Can explain 2 wins + 2 losses and what you changed Senior Account Manager (26L–30L) •⁠ ⁠Experience: Built and managed 200+ Smartlead/Instantly campaigns (multi-industry, ~2-4 years) •⁠ ⁠⁠Experience: 10+ Clay tables created •⁠ ⁠Strong post-mortems: can diagnose failures and recommend next steps •⁠ ⁠Resourceful and proactive: builds SOPs, finds data sources, creates new angles and process improvements without handholding Proof required (no proof = no record): A short Loom walkthrough or screenshots of campaigns you ran (client details blurred) + 1 written post-mortem showing how you improved results over time. Baseline requirement (applies to both roles): Your campaigns must be across multiple industries and run over a meaningful time period (not a short burst).
