About the company
Humeo is an SF-based applied lab for AI and creativity. Its first product, VideoClaw, brings the vibe-coding experience to video. It’s a Mac app that plugs thousands of AI models, web search, motion graphics, and video editing into Claude or ChatGPT, and it runs on your own GPU so it stays private and cheaper. The launch video on X pulled 1.7M views. The founders have built and sold two companies in consumer and media, and one of them previously built an AI product to $500K ARR solo. The company is seed-stage and backed by top-tier investors.
The role
The founders have never done outbound, and they want someone who has. You’ll build the engine hands-on and teach it to them. This is a doer’s seat, not a vision-and-supervise one. The core of the job is outbound: source and qualify leads at volume, run email outreach, track positive responses and buying signals, and book calls. From there, you’ll own revenue and growth by launching, testing, and iterating GTM loops across channels until they’re measurable and profitable.
You might be a fit if you:
Have built an outbound engine from scratch with measurable pipeline results
Are a Clay and Apollo power user (a Clay Cup win is a plus)
Are AI-native and already run agents across your GTM work
Nerd out on conversion rates and lead-gen tactics on your own time, or build in public
Bonus: you have experience with paid ads, media buying, SEO/AEO, analytics, or classic growth hacking
Interview process: an initial screen with the Head of Ops, an on-site outbound and systems assessment, a culture interview with the CEO, then references. DM me or drop a comment if interested
