About the role: Vega is building an AI-native claims TPA to transform the $250B insurance claims industry. We're growing 10x year over year, backed by General Catalyst, Lightspeed, and Valor. We're hiring a hands-on GTM Engineer to build the technical infrastructure behind our revenue motion, using Clay, Apollo, and AI coding tools like Claude Code to give our sales team a real-time, actionable view of the insurance market. What you'll own:
Map and enrich the insurance market, including target accounts and their full buying committees
Build automated signals that identify the right time to engage prospects
Develop Clay workflows, account prioritization systems, and AI-powered automations
Build nurture workflows and automate targeting and follow-up for field events
Own our CRM data model, reporting, and workflows
Use Claude Code and other AI tools to ship automations and improve our GTM tech stack
Must have:
2+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or a similar role
Hands-on experience with Clay/Apollo and GTM tooling
Experience building and shipping end-to-end automations
Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations
Experience with CRM architecture, workflows, and reporting
Practical experience building with LLMs or AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor
