We operate across the UK, US, and South Africa with 80+ specialists who've generated over £1bn in pipeline for enterprise clients. We're hiring a GTM Data Manager to own our data function, lead a small team of data executives, and shape the processes and standards that underpin the contact data powering our clients' outbound campaigns. Location: 100% remote, so not restricted to SA applicants, but must be available to work UK hours Salary Range: R350,000-R480,000 (salary for other countries available during application process) What you'll own: → The data function end to end, from brief intake to final list delivery → Leading and developing a small team of data executives → Clay workflows, enrichment chains, waterfalls, and automated processes → Department processes, tooling, and best practice as we scale → Data quality, accuracy, and GDPR compliance across all client work What you won't do: → Define client GTM strategy → Write outbound copy or build email sequences → Run SDR outreach or manage sending infrastructure You're a fit if you: → Are highly proficient in Clay (complex tables, enrichment chains, waterfalls, conditional logic) and comfortable training others → Have managed or mentored a small team, with a genuine interest in developing the people around you → Are familiar with prospecting tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo → Have a strong understanding of GDPR and data compliance in the context of outbound prospecting → Can design and document data workflows and processes a team can follow consistently at scale → Are detail-oriented and quality-driven, because you understand the downstream impact of poor data → Work well with GTM Strategists to translate campaign requirements into clear data briefs → Are organised and self-managing, balancing hands-on work with leading a small team 📨 Full Job Description: GTM Data Manager To apply, see the instructions and questions at the end of the Full Job Description Linked Above.
