WE ARE HIRING - Job Title: GTM Engineer (Clay & Multi-Channel Automation Specialist) About Peakfinity Labs Peakfinity Labs (peakfinitylabs.com) is a high-growth, modern B2B contract manufacturer and private label partner for top-tier supplement and cosmetic brands. Unlike old-school manufacturers who rely entirely on outdated trade shows, we are building a hyper-aggressive, data-driven, and media-forward GTM engine. We offer custom manufacturing formulations alongside a powerhouse library of 150+ ready-to-launch private label products. We are here to completely dominate and disrupt a legacy multi-billion dollar industry. The Role We are looking for a “cracked” GTM Engineer who views outbound, data scraping, and omni-channel infrastructure as a pure engineering problem. You will be responsible for building complex data routing infrastructure to identify high-value manufacturing deals and safely automated the delivery of hyper-targeted messages across Email and LinkedIn simultaneously. This role starts as a 2-week to 1-month free trial/practical project. If you can successfully build pipelines that uncover hidden revenue opportunities during this window, you will immediately be transitioned into a permanent, full-time role with starting pay around 1.5-2k$ per month + 10% profit share on deals we close (They are all high ticket) What You Will Build & Own
Signal-Based Data Waterfalls: Build complex data workflows using Clay to enrich, filter, and score potential B2B cosmetics and supplement brands.
Shopify/Tiktok Shop/Amazon E-Commerce Monitoring: Set up tracking infrastructure to monitor target brands’ sites for “Out of Stock” alerts on major SKUs.
Multi-Channel Outreach Pipelines: Safely connect Clay via webhooks/APIs to email sequencers (Smartlead/Instantly) and LinkedIn automation tools (HeyReach/SalesRobot) to build automated, omni-channel touchpoints with automated follow ups and automations/customizations.
Deliverability & Infrastructure Management: Set up and maintain our secondary cold email domains, ensuring proper SPF, DKIM, DMARC configurations, and custom tracking pixels.
Inbound Enrichment Loops: Integrate Clay into our private-label “Sample Box” landing pages to instantly enrich applicant data and alert sales via Slack the second a high-value brand applies.
Requirements
Master-level expertise with Clay, n8n/Make, and custom APIs.
Experience running multi-channel outbound technical stacks (Clay paired with Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach, Expandi, etc.).
Deep understanding of cold email deliverability, domain warming, and LinkedIn safety/account protection protocols.
Code literacy (Python or JavaScript) to write custom enrichment scripts when native integrations fall short.
