GrowthFlare.io is hiring a Senior GTM Engineer Remote, North America, 9 to 5 EST Full Time. $3-5k/mo USD OTE. (Note: This isn't a role for the Clay wizard chasing the most complex personalization workflows. What wins in outbound right now is unique lead sourcing, offer intuition, and speed, not technical complexity.) What you'll own: A set of clients and the campaigns that drive their results, working as part of a dedicated team.
Source leads from unique, niche data sources to map a client's entire TAM.
Build large, high-quality lead lists fast and reliably.
Maintain high-volume sending infrastructure and keep deliverability healthy.
Craft offers and messaging prospects actually want to respond to.
Execute strategy alongside the Head of GTM and GTM Lead.
Read human psychology and what makes a prospect take action.
Articulate your ideas on strategy and the pivots that matter.
Must haves:
North America, available 9 to 5 EST
Strong communicator, clear and direct with clients and the team
Team player who wants to build alongside others, not solo
Fast turnaround, high ownership, ready to move with a team that moves quickly
Strong lead sourcing instinct over technical complexity
